Please note, all packages expire after 6 months. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your Pilates class outside of this window you will forfeit the class.
*Semi private Pilates classes are booked with a maximum of 2 participants and each client follows their own program with the guidance of an instructor.

All Physio Pilates sessions are billable under extended health benefits that cover Physiotherapy. In order to start a physio Pilates program you must first book in for a Physio Pilates Physiotherapy Assessment.
Please note physio Pilates classes are NOT bookable online. To book physio Pilates you will need to email us or speak with your practitioner directly.

EQUIPMENT PILATES
We have an enviable collection of Stott Pilates equipment that allow for a vast repertoire of versatile low impact exercises to keep you challenged as you progress. We run private and semi private classes on the equipment and small group mat classes.
PHYSIO-PILATES
Where appropriate, Physio Pilates is our prime therapeutic modality. After an initial consultation with one of our Physios, exercises are prescribed by the Physiotherapist and shared with the Pilates instructor, who will take you through their agreed treatment program.
PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our experienced registered Physiotherapists use a mixture of traditional manual therapy and joint mobilizations. If you are struggling with prolonged pain or dysfunction in joints or muscles then booking in for an initial assessment is the first course of action.
TEACHER TRAINING
If you've ever wanted to get deeper into your Pilates practice or dream of becoming a top notch Pilates instructor, we are a proud host studio for BASI Pilates teacher training and offer mat and reformer as well as comprehensive teacher training courses.
